To review who has, and has not, acknowledged each of the documents issued to them, you can run an document acknowledgment report found under Reports > Handbook > Policy Documents:
The Policy Documents report will list all available Handbook Policies within the software, and also indicate the status of the document itself.
Status | Meaning |
No Information (-) | Policy not sent. |
Sent | Policy has been sent but not acknowledged to date. |
Read and Understood | Policy has been acknowledged by the employee. |
Read and Understood Previous | Employee has read and acknowledged the previous version of this policy. |
If you'd like to filter your results to specific Departments, Teams, Job Roles, Policies, Handbook Options and Display Options.
Select the Report Options button at the top of the screen to be presented with the following dialog:
Once you are happy with your selections, select Apply Filter to update your results.
